He has held various positions in middle management, senior management, and executive level. His last job was as Chief Operating Officer of Pan African Resources. Engineer with 14 years of experience in mining equipment. Seeking to add value in predictive maintenance through data analytics and the Internet of Things. Managed maintenance and operations team of 500+ employees. Responsible for annual maintenance budget of R80 million and capital budget of R20 million. Designed, installed, and commissioned 2 series conveyor belts and a 3-level chairlift. Led the installation, commissioning, and operation of a new winding plant.
